Not really, it's just the camera.

Could be, maybe you're right. It looks less Sony"ish" to me.

Im sure sony had no intentions on the public getting their hands on it, let alone even knowing about it. But i can say one thing, this is one product that consumers should stay away from, there gonna get sued up to ying yang if they start producing they Jigkick batterys.

Another note, i believe this is real because sony has to have some way to unbrick PSP's, they are not replacing every psp they get thats bricked with new MOBO's.
