my one can done everything in working but psp-290 doesn't working? why?

It's maybe a flash1 error. 3.40OE-A destroys your Flash 1 (NOT Flash 0 !) so you have to format it first using a cleaning tool. People report it's working then.
Use at own risk. It doesn't work for me afaik
