simpsons movie july 27th or 26th ?

When i first saw the simpsons trailer it said in cinemas worldwide july 27th but the most recent ones on tv have said july 26th.

Whats the deal?

its 26th.

Many cinemas are saying the 27th because 27th is a Friday and they like to release them on fridays.

Official release date is 26th.

oh ok, in australia they like to release them on thursdays all the time for some reason, it weird since most movies come out on thursday, its a weird day to release movies, but thats how thye do it and it seems to work.

In France, they're saying it's the 25. I'll take a picture when I go out later. It's weird though. There should be one official worldwide release date, no?

I guess they just lied to us. It isn't a worldwide release. I know the site isn't fake because I've been seeing that date all around Paris (I didn't know the Simpsons were so popular over here). Anyways I'm waiting to go back home to see it with someone so it doesn't really matter. It's weird though...
