Getting FFVII on my psp?

I'm new to PSP Blender and I've been reading on how to get all this homebrew stuff working and its all a bit confusing. The first thing I would like to do is get Final Fantasy VII on my psp. I'm currently downloading a torrent of it. Its coming in 3 folders, cd1, cd2, and cd3. Inside cd1 folder is EBOOT.PBP . Inside cd2 folder is EBOOT.PBP and a file called KEYS. cd3 folder is the same as cd2. My psp is version 3.03.

So what do I need to download and whats steps do I need to take in order to get this working? Also, if I do the downgrading, will I still be able to play recently released UMD games? Thanks for any help!

Even if you already own the game but are just too lazy to deal with getting off your disks?
