    Unhappy PSP-290, 3.03 OE-B, Perth-Australia help

    I search through the forum about my problem and try upgrading or downgrading the firmware but it seem still got problem with it.

    im using


    3.03 OE-B firmware
    MapThis0498_beta


    2.71 usbacc.prx and 3.03 usbgps.prx

    running under 3.03 kernel

    i had try the PSP-290 GPS TEST thing and this is wat is show,

    GPS State = 3 location 0

    INITIAL LOCATION:00 FIXED ON 00 SATELLITES,

    Ytd i tried to leave my psp on for the whole night by running the mapThis (GPS MODE ON) and i got the SAT Lock on, but once i turn it off and run it again (with CPU Speed: 111Mhz) it doesnt detect any signal ....

    Anyone got this problem?

    can anyone give me a hand??

    1. Try extracting your own .prx files and throw away any downloaded ones, follow my guide on how to extract them

    2. Try upgrading to 5.32 M33-2 and follow my guides
    It seems to help people.

    3. Try disabling Plugins like Popstation etc. and turn off WiFi, stand outside whilst hunting sats and then enter a car

    4. Try smaller maps just for starters

    5. Tell us how it went
