i wanna get it so that i can play Final Fantasy 1 for PSP...but i have 1.50. i CAN get to 2.71, but thats the highest it can go...

does anyone have the files required for say... 3.03 emulation?

R you serious, you're still on 1.50, wtf??

Try custom firmware, you can have all the goodies from 1.50 in the latest firmware

    Right now I use 3.52 M33
Custom Firmware is way better than Devhook
we are also enjoying $ony's ps1 emulator for free since last Christmas

sorry...i just use Devhook because im too worried about my PSP getting bricked...

if it does, i cant get a new one, that's why. my parents will NOT want to hear that i was screwing with my PSP and F***'d it up, and now i need to buy a new one.

so does anyone know how i can emulate 3.03 on Devhook?

A lot of people are still on 1.50. Unfortunately Devhook hasn't kept up with the official firmware updates (other than playing the latest games, the latert firmwares haven't really offered much feature wise). Currently 3.11 is the highest it can emulate. I'd bet that FF requires higher, but if for some reason 3.11 is sufficient, then first you need to download the 3.11 firmware, then download Devhook .52 and then the .52.01 update. If you want to make the firmware installation easy on yourself, download tommydanger/sleepy's Devhook installer. It'll decrypt the firmware and install all of the files in the proper places. Just follow the included instructions.
