PSP Automotive Diagnostic....?

Anyone know how much of an undertaking this would be? It would be something I would pay for. I'd imagine if there was any kind of open source automotive diagnostic software, maybe it could be ported easily and you'd just need to construct the hookup to attach it to the car's computer. I think it would really be in demand since so many cars have computers these days and a simple diagnostic readout can be helpful with auto problems.

If you're willing to pay for the dev - I'd suggest the following:

- Find a PPC program that's already done & tried
- Buy a PPC off ebay, run said program.

I'm sure it'd work just as well, and would be safer.

I've seen what can happen to a limb when you're not paying attention while fixing a car (gaming while working anyone? Yep. It was bloody. Very bloody. Hand + moving fan = not fun. )
