Default Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition - PSP !

    News from Lik Sang

From Rockstar Games, the makers of GTA, comes the PSP edition of their extreme racer, Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition. All styles of driving from the PS2 and Xbox originals made it over, including career, cruise, circuit, ordered and unordered, autocross, track, tag, paint, frenzy and capture the flag. That's right, capture the flag with souped up cars! Cities are a maze of streets, with big yellow arrows in some modes for newbies, and shortcuts for the pros. While shortcuts may sound a little unfair, the balance is more than evened up with the awesome power-up system. Blast the car ahead of you with freeze, and his car turns into a giant block of ice! Going to crash? Activate zone and slow down time, or if you need to get through fast, roar, which is like the old "Agro", clears the road for you with a sonic blast. You can also ride in your opponents slipstream, unless of course they start driving on two wheels! All moves from Midnight Club 2 have been included too, which just adds to the crazy car-nage (sorry!).

Another new addition to the PSP version is quick-race, which is perfect for the portable machine, dropping you right into a random race for those times when you have a few minutes to kill and don't want to waste it going through menus. Tweaking and pimp'n your ride obviously plays a large part, but for those who just wanna race, an auto-upgrade option is a very welcome touch! Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition features 60 licensed vehicles, and with Rockstar you know the soundtrack's always good, which stays true here with 80 songs. Then lastly there's support for up to 6 players via wireless, and as if all this wasn't enough, new downloadable content promised for the future! Due to hit the streets today (28th), orders are still being accepted now.
