I use a guide from maxconsole and i have a 512 memory stick pro duo ... i make it on a 3.03oe-c cfw psp ... but now i am trying to make it again with 2 other battery and i keep getting error when trying to write the msipl.bin ... saying it can't open it ....
The first battery i use it on work ... i downgrade a psp with it , that was working but when i put it in the brick one only the lights come on but doesn't do anything else ...

If it is the same that worked on the psp you downgraded, then your bricked psp is completely fried

I think I read somewhere that pandora doesn't work on certain completely bricked psps

I don't know for sure but that might be it
