Dgen PSP v0.50

Syn-Z has released a new version of the Port of Dgen the Megadrive/Genesis emulator for the PSP.

The emulator has sound and music although the music still sounds a bit rough.

You can use custom backgrounds in this release.

CPU freq can be turned up/down etc, frame skips and more.
