Features:
-Programmed in C++ for maximum stability and performance, And no need to download Runtime.
-Basic IE with a Go button.
-Exit Button for Exiting out
-Progress bar made so PVNC will run at max speed

Controls:
-Type URL in the Address Bar.
-In v0.1 do not hit enter thinking it will replace GO.That Feature is not implemented in this version.It will terminate it.

Whats New in Next release?:
-Enter key does same as Go button.
-And Hopfully a New Theme.
-Email me if you think it needs something new.

What I will do in a Later release's:
-On of these release's I "AM" going to repleace IE with Firefox or Mozilla.

im pretty sure this is a PC tool so people running sites for the psp Wipeout browser can test, etc, this isnt a browser for the psp system(tho the title is misleading)^^
