Question Final Fantasy 6 or 3 depending

Hey, I have fw 3.40 OE-A, using 2 different emulators, one for snes, the other for gba

the snes one is snes9x TYL 0.4.2me

the gba emulators, I've tried 2 thus far... the one with which i've had better luck was gpSP 0.9

the game in question is final fantasy advance for the gba, or final fantasy 6 japanese with the updater patch to english, for snes

The problem with the gba game is not speed, but textures are completely missing, this happened in gpSP and pspvba 1.2.4

in the snes version it was very slow and froze..

anyone have luck running either of these games and have some insight?

well gpsp is the best gba emulator out atm, you would probably have to wait for it to be fixed next version

its running slowly on gpsp? odd... i've never had a game run slowly on it. do you have the correct GBA bios for it? (dont ask for them here, they're illegal to trade. use your google skills! or bittorent.)

You can use the PS1 version (released in Final Fantasy Anthology).
And you have to use 3.03 popsloader.

not running slow on gpsp, textures are missing, making it unplayable.
pops is out of the question seeing as how my internet is stolen wifi... cant DL that much.
just seeing if there are any workarounds or if anyone else is getting the same problems... mostly with the gba version.
