    Default white game gear mod

Yo, I just painted my game gear white.

    http://www.dreamcast-scene.com/index...uzzocollection

I used white gloss krylon fusion, and amor case clear laquer finish.

Almost looks like the official white game gear I think.

let me know what you think.

    peace,

    King.

Looks good, i love white hardware now, so much stuff is blackor silver which IMO looks crap next to a stark white console.

Holy crap man. Nice job. By the way, where did you pickup that dreamcast arcade stick. I bought one off ebay but the buttons are pretty stiff and my wrist is killing me after i do the akuma lvl 3 combo on marvel vs capcom =]. A link would be nice =P. Thanks and nice job man it looks so real!

Mes, the buttons are probably just gunked up, open it up and clean the buttons.

Also King, inspired by your pic that i saw ages ago and my new found love for Ikaruga, i bought an old 17" screen for £5, and i plan on making my own custom arcade stick.

I did that already. Youd have to see it for yourself. I mean they couldnt be gunked up i just got it 2 days ago brand new out of the box. Its these rubber stoppers under the buttons that make them so damn stiff and i cant take them out because then the buttons wont register when i hit them. Maybe they will loosen up over time but id like to buy another one. -_-

Really? i know the rubber pads your talking about they're used in all controllers. They are what make the connection, those dark pads on them are conducters. If they're stiff you could replace them or just wear 'em in like you said.

It's weird though, as many agree the DC arcade stick to be one of the best, maybe you were just unlucky.

=\ well i took some pictures of the model and stuff, Maybe someone else has this same arcade pad. Or to notify people not to buy it if you cant find a better one because the buttons are pretty stiff.

the topmax has very stiff buttons I've heard, don't think there's much to do.

I just ordered a second agetec stick (green+grey one) fron royhubbs, but he's all out now.
