Like that little arrow that spins around and always points to your marker.
Nice for bushwalking too.
I found it better to make sideplate.png a plain black square,
easy to see ijn the car, and outside.

Two questions, I had it working before, but deleted the config
of the old version

Is this correct?
I can select this map from the menu, but it isn't auto starting.

Also,
For the 1.00 version, why don't you delete the standard exit callback that isn't working and do this:

if(pad.Buttons & PSP_CTRL_HOME) { // just exit ffs
_sw(0, 0); // cause exception to crash PSP unit (1)
asm("break\n"); // cause exception to crash PSP unit (2)
}

Is a crash (PSP standby) not better than a non working exit screen?

Hi Nieko,

I've tried your version and I found it great most especially the POI using the GPS. However, MY psp slim hangs even if I'm just viewing maps. I tried browsing this site for an answer but I was unfortunate to find one. I'm not sure why it hangs even i'm not doing anything besides from viewing maps. I tried to lower down cpu but still the same. My version is slim 3.90 M33-3 (original fw). Is there anything else I should do? Thanks.

I am slightly confused. I have a phat PSP to be used with a holux GPSlim 236,so will the 0.520 version work with it? Or do I need the 0.50 version?

I got a small problem. I managed to run MP! with my PSP Phat with Sony GPS system and it displays sometimes as much as 8 satellites but it never gets a fix from any of them. Anybody knows what could be a problem? I tried it in open space with no clouds.

Hey,
i have a Garmin GPS 12 that uses serial 4 pin,
i was wondering if i could use it for mapthis! 5.20 and wire the ground and tx wires to the bottom usb connector like the holux is set up, if that would work?
