What firmware did you downgrade from? If it's from official Sony firmware, make a start on installing Dark_Alex's custom firmware like 3.52 M33-4 or the latest release of 3.71 M33-3.

I downgraded from Sonys 3.03 but i figured everything out now and im running 3.40 OE-A. Isome how figured everything out within a few hours.

You need to go higher cos if you get any games with a higher firmware they wont work or force the update, 3.71m33 is the way to go but you have to install 3.52m33-4 first cos you cant go from 3.40oe to 3.71m33 without using DCv3

very unlikely as m33 is in a way the new OE any restrictions in the firmware is due to new sony code not the way DA is customizing the firmware, He has said though that when sont release a new firmware which included some major changes or functionality he will do another m33.
