Trading is your best bet to get it soon.

find someone to trade with.
delete your credit card details [how much trust can you have]
change your password to something more generic
Swap details, with the other person, create a new account and enter the PSN id and password.
then you each go to the purchased menu, and pick whatever you like from the list.

Finally hope they log off so you can log back in to your account and change the password before they do…
