If you read on IGN's PSP 2.0 article (http://psp.ign.com/articles/637/637073p1.html), it says that AVC video is now compatible. What does this mean?
i think it makes the video more compact......
cuz i have avi videos that are 25 min long and and around 170 mb a piece
i used my downloaded max media wateva program thats out on shelves to put the videos on my psp as a mp4 at first and it went from 170 mb to around 42mb and then i did the vcd and it shaved another 5mb so im assuming that the main purpose of vcd is to deliver more compact videos with the same amount of quality
but the only flaw in this is for the homebrew fans who have 1.5 they cant use this feature since 2.0 and above is required as you stated
