Upgrading from 3.02 OE-B?

I havent been up on the firware situation since I installed 3.02 OE-B, so I was wondering what would be the best way to upgrade to one of the new M33 firmwares.
The only reason I want to upgrade is to play some of the more recent iso images I have which 3.02 doesnt seem to like.

Can someone suggest which would be the best version of M33 to upgrade to and if possible a link to a guide. I' not worried about all the bells and whiistles I just want to play more of the recent isos.

no iso talk in here,
get to 3.52M33, then 3.52M33-4, then 3.71M33
the files come with a guide called readme.txt
