Analog problems

I have been having problems with my analog stick for the longest time now. At first it was jus moving on its own (which i heard is very common) so i bought a new analog stick and replaced it and i still have the same problems. I have tried possibly 4 or 5 different analog sticks and after about an hour of play usually mabey even sooner it starts to act up. i have tightened every screw possible and cleaned the inside of the psp where the analog stick goes and nothing is working. So now it still moves on its own or it barely moves. When i push up or left it barely moves (very slowly). Please can some1 help me with this?

Theres a tiny piece of clear rubber where the analog is at. Make sure its clean.
