help me (nintendo ds game problem)

Hello. I accidently used an action replay on pokemon peral, using the walk anywhere cheat, I went to amity aquare, then I walked behing tha gate, then I left amity square without putting my cute pokemon away (by going through the gate, but i went behind it) so now in heartthrome city, I cant bike or fly or do literally anything because It sitll thinks I am with someone
(p.s. I do not want to get a new save.)

To start off this is the wrong section, and the only way you can sort out what you have done is to use the reversal code to stop the cheats.
