Both 3DS and Vita saw decent upturns in unit sales last week thanks to two big new Top Ten releases, the latest Japanese sales data from Famitsu reveals.
Bandai Namco’s new Vita title Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment debuted at No.1 in the Top Ten for the week ending April 27th followed by Square Enix’s Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call.
All of which boosted 3DS sales by over 10k units week-on-week to 27,380 while Vita sales jumped 5k units to 23,650. Wii U, meanwhile, continues to be outsold by PS3.
