dahun, that would be cool.
Well, to get the Wii to actually display those things you'd have to hack the firmware and replace the Mii displaying code, and I don't even know if that would be adequate since Miis can be used in games like Mario Kart. I think the only way for Miis to be improved would be for Nintendo to do it themselves.
Waninkoko if your reading this we need a Mii GFX EXTRACTOR and INJECTOR!!! that would be far beyond awesdome bro!
i think if i could extract the textures...edit them....and reinject the textures ...i could most def. make you a Mii like you have never seen before my friend! lol its all about resouces and a Mii SKIN to edit would be gr8!!!
( I created a few MD3 models for my psp mods in the past in the psp homebrew scene as vettacossx like halo lost generation pspdungeons v6 mod...)
All I know is that if its anything like a 3d model textures are very much a part of:
" the detail a mii COULD HAVE" versus what a mii DOES have with the lack luster detail of the original mii plain jane textures...lol
best part about that is the MODEL would load the same in marikart 2 bro! after all only the gfx changes that way!!! be signed the same just LOOK different
just some thing on the ole wish list :P

Wouldn't it be great if there was a link to the file? That'd be completely awesome.
would'nt it be even cooler to ask without the sarcasm? considering the sheer amount of things wraggy does in a day! LOL
Mii Installer v1.1
Description:
This application installs all Miis stored on an SD card into the Wii.
How to Use:
1. Create a directory named “miis” at the root of an SD card.
2. Copy all the Miis you want to install in the directory created in the previous step.
3. Run the application and all Miis is copied from the SD card to your Wii.
Greetings!
Here it is:

I know it's probably possible somehow, but how do you open the Mii file, just to see the code on the computer, or at least open it in some shape or form?
i guess this is a bit more efficient than saving it to your wiimote and extracting to your computer via glovePIE, isn't it?
