Emergency Charger for PSP

I cant see the point of these but heres the info:

wize thing... but i've heard that the energy generated by 2 alcalines aren't enough to charge 1/4 of a Li-Ion battery when i was trying to do a charger like this to my GBASP

if u consider that the PSP's batt have less playtime than the GBASP... maybe 4 alcalines could full charge PSP's batt
