im trying to install a custom xmb, not a theme, and i do not know where to put the files as there is no readme.

First make sure this is compatible with you custom firmware.It says on the download page that it DOESN"T work with 3.10oe which is pretty old now.I would doubt it is compatible with current cfw from Dax.
What you can do is either find a way to convert it (if you need to) or install it in timemachine firmware,which is what I did for my older backed up custom XMB.

i have 3.90 m33-3 firmware. i just dont know where to put the files in the download. there is no read me to tell me that.
