Dude this looks GOOD!.
Downloading now,street fighter 2 is where I learned to play fighting games.
If you ever want to slip me that info on how to really mod the XMB (offsets,hex editing,lua code for flashing)I would sooooo appreciate it Mr. Shizzy.

you don't do anything with thumbs.db, it has nothing to do with the PSP, it's a computer thing

Looks sweet. Don't think I'll use it. I like my themes to be really clear and non confusing like the sony xmb. I personally use ultimate blue but this theme might be some peoples cup of tea.
