AT3 and PMF

I have searched the forums for about an hour and found nothing relevant to my question...

I would like to know if anyone has any knowledge of making these files for the PSP?

PMF- nobody outside sony knows how to make them, but there are a few floating around from sony

oh, and the link also has a guide on customizing eboots with it, which might be useful as that kinda sounds like what you're trying to do? anyways, hope that helps
