Trauma Center: Under the Knife 2 will be launching in the States on July 1, US publisher Atlus USA has confirmed.
The game follows on directly from the first in the series, with players rejoining Dr. Derek Stiles and Nurse Angie Thompson, who are dealing with unpredictable after-effects of the lethal disease GUILT.
Altus promises the new game contains a new easy-play mode, improved tool utility and clearer directions. All of which doesn't sound like the game reinvents videogame surgery, but anyone expecting anything different should check into a hospital themselves.
The trailer reveals little else either, but does have a migraine-inducing montage at the very end showing off actual gameplay, so it's worth a look.
When contacted, Nintendo had nothing yet to say about a UK release.
