A homebrew (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homebrew_%28video_games%29) software suite for video game consoles developed to help in the evaluation of upscalers, upscan converters, line doublers and of course TV processing of 240p video (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/xrgb/index.php/240p_video). The Wii, Dreamcast and GameCube versions have modes for 480i, 288p, 576i and 480p evaluation as well.
It consists of tests designed with the processing of 240p signals in mind, although when possible it includes other video modes and specific tests for them. These have been tested with video processors on real hardware and a variety of displays, including CRTs, PVMs, BVMs and Arcade monitors via RGB.
As a secondary target, the suite aims to provide tools for calibrating colors, geometry, linearity, overscan and black & white levels, for specific console outputs and setups.

Reicast Git (2014/07/25) is compiled. reicast is a multi-platform Dreamcast emulator. The project is currently in Alpha, usability, performance and stability issues are to be expected. Cortex-A9 dualcore, 1ghz+ is the minimum hardware for decent speeds.
