Emulation on the DS

Hi

What do i need to play things like Drug Wars (http://nintendo-ds.dcemu.co.uk/drugwarsds.shtml) and loads of other ROMs that you have on your website.

I want to try and keep it cheap but if it limits what i can do then i would rather spend a little more.
