The homebrew scene 3DS is still timid, probably because the current conditions for the launch are quite restrictive (console in 4.1 to 4.5 + gateway linker). Still, some interesting projects are beginning to point the tip of their nose. These projects are still in their balbutiemments, but likely to become indispensable in the coming months ... and the announcement of a vulnerability on smaelum consistent user 8.x should also give a boost to amateur development to fail so badly on 3DS.
