Is the new White PSP System capable of playing the homebrew Emu apps? Also, is it capable of using the emulators (nester, DGen, uoSNes9x,etc...) or does this system use a new firmware?

From what I hear it comes with firmware 2.00 .

So when (and if) a downgrader comes out foe 2.00 then yes. But untill then, no.
