Apparently the Lite-On DH-401S Drive can dump PS3 Games onto a Windows PC, one day it may be of use but for now its at least of interest to hackers looking for some type of hack to run homebrew hopefully.

Not necessarily; just because the disc is 25-50gb doesn't mean that the entirely of the disc is filled with data.
