Kontakatilu (http://www.elotrolado.net/hilo_WiiPaint-1-0--fuentes-proximamente-_1006315) has released a new app for the Nintendo Wii that looks just like Microsoft Paint.

So for all those budding artists you can now make pretty pictures :P

The sources also contain code for adding wiimote/classic controller and even guitar support to games etc.

I assume this uses the wiimote, right? That's awesome then.

hi guys, sorry for this ultra-noob question but i'm lost.

I just recieved my wii with the infectus2 chip installed, I can run/play my backed up wii games fine, but I don't know how to use the .elf file.

I have put the paint.elf on my sd-card in the root but I can't find it anywhere in my wii channels or a way to run it.

Am I doing something wrong or is it maybe my infectus2 chip that is damaged ?

Any help would be very much appreciated :)

thx for replying :)

I thought infectus2 chip did not require the twilight hack for homebrew - i don't have the zelda game yet...but maybe that's the only way ?

I've never used a mod-chip so I'm not the best person to ask about them, but a mod-chip alone cannot launch an ELF file. You still need a method to execute it. One method is the TP hack. I'm sure you can also burn an ISO that will install ELFs but I'm not really sure.

I also tried to burn a dvd with the .elf-files in the root but no luck there either. ..

No, you cannot run custom code with a modchip. You must use the Twilight hack.

ok, thx for the info. I'll try to get the zelda game then.
