In a statement, Apple says that it's "working quickly" to fix the issue, and that HealthKit apps likeCARROT Fit (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/carrot-fit-7-minutes-in-hell/id769155678?mt=8), which is currently unavailable, will return to the store by the end of the month.
