I'm currently thinking about getting a broadband connection for home (here in UK) and wondered if anyone had a recommendations.

I want something without any limits and I'd be grateful if anyone has any suggestions and costs as I have no idea of what's good for the money and what's not. I'm soon to be made redundant so I'm thinking of doing freelance work from home so I want something reliable so I can send out work without any issues or probs.

Any tips on suitable Broadband modem/routers would be appreciated too. I'll be after something (not USB) that will plug into my Mac's ethernet (network) port.

Thanks in advance.

to check if your (ptr.exe and bertrude) area can have it, go here http://www.biscit.net/cgi-bin/adsl/check.pl

it says business all over the page, but they do non-business also

Ptr,

Here's one I've checked out which seems pretty reasonable. They are actually the suppliers we use where I work and we've had no probs so far with them.
