Hi everyone...
Just bought a slim psp, running 3.80.
Bought a datel service battery and created a magic memory stick, but when i try to boot the psp nothing happens....i read a lot of the other posts on here that say the slim is a blind install, but even pressing x to try and do it blind doesnt work, the memory stick light or wireless light never even flash..
Am i doing something very stupid or have i managed to get a psp that cant have cfw???
Any help will be greatly appreciated before i decide to sell the psp and buy one already done..

Do i need to use a psp running cfw to create a magic memory stick??? if so then this is where im going wrong..

I think you need to re-do the magic memory stick

Try using UPMS to create the memory stick
UPMSInstallerV4 for PSP (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=103842&highlight=UPMS)
Its an all in one Pandora memory stick capable of installing all custom firmwares and retail firmwares from 3.71 to 3.90

You should not have to do a blind install anymore with the SLIM.
