Project64KVE (http://www.aep-emu.de/PNphpBB2-file-viewtopic-t-8947.html) is a port of Project64K, a Nintendo 64 emulator with Laillera support for Windows.

i'm kinda wondering that too..
but anyway, it's a VERY good emu, too bad many cartridge dumps are very poor..
