I have a nice, 4gb scandisk.
I got it back when they were expensive on a really good deal for 65$. I'm not sure how much they are now though.

you can buy three 8 GB memory stick for the same price as the 16GB that is 24GB for $300 or 16 GB for $300 hmmmmmmmmmmmm....................
