"Samsung will reportedly stop producing the metal-clad Galaxy Alpha (http://gadgets.ndtv.com/mobiles/news/samsung-to-stop-galaxy-alpha-production-focus-on-galaxy-a-series-report-641386) early next year, and instead position the Galaxy A5 smartphone as its replacement. According to a report, with the launch of Galaxy A5 in South Korea - which can be as early as mid-January and as late as early February - Samsung willphase out production of the Galaxy Alpha (http://english.etnews.com/20141226200003) once the current inventory of materials is exhausted for the smartphone, reported Korean publication ET News on Friday.
