In this video I am going to show you how to create the signed "EBOOT.PBP" file for the VHBL. This will enable you to run the VHBL via a bubble, even at 3.30/3.35!

Be sure to copy the VHBL01234 savedata to your PS Vita as well, otherwise the VHBL cant start!
