Is there such thing as a "Wifi to Ethernet Adapter" ?

Because I cannot get a ethernet cable to my dreamcast and I was wondering if that could be my solution?

And it's not possible to have a Wifi signal be converted to ethernet? Like a little card that plugs into the back of the Dreamcasts Ethernet port and receives only Wifi?

Yes. What you need is something called a Wireless Bridge. What it does is acts as a transparent relay for a wired device. Most of the ones sold as such are expensive, but a number of routers have options to use them as a bridge. I've got one by Zyxel that does exactly that.

today everything (Access Points, Routers and Bridges) can work for that purpose. An standard wireless router cost about u$$ 40 and you can connect it with the broadband adapter of the Dreamcast and have "wifi" connection.
