filfat offers the 1.0.5.4 version of " DownloadMii "homebrew download platform for the Nintendo 3DS. As the application 3DS Homebrew Browser (http://www.nintendomax.com/viewtopic.php?f=132&t=15397) , you can download your favorite homebrew from your Nintendo 3DS and a wifi connection.
