This PlayStation Portable GTA edition is an all-new game set in the seedy, sprawling underworld of Liberty City, the New York-Chicago hybrid that was also the crime scene for Grand Theft Auto III. Developed by Rockstar Leeds in conjunction with the franchise creators at Rockstar North, you can expect all manner of adult felonies from car theft to robberies, murders and more. As has become a standard for the ambitious and controversial series, Liberty City Stories will shine on Sony's handheld with interactive, open environments, superb voice talent and diverse, cool music.

Preorders being took at Lik Sang (http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?products_id=6533&lsaid=219793)

We also have a ton of screenshots thanks to IGN (http://media.psp.ign.com/media/723/723575/imgs_1.html)

Does anyone know if this game will automatically upgrade my firmware to 2.0?

This is the first commercial release worth even considering...but I'd hate to give up my Metal Slug NEO-CD.

Even though I looked at these screens yesterday, they seem even better today.

vidgrip,
It most likely will make you upgrad to 2.0 (but it wouldn't be automatic, it would give you a choice). If not 2.0, then definitely 1.52. However, this is easy to get around. Just download the WAB Version Changer V2.5 and put it on your PSP. It tricks your system into thinking it's got the needed firmware when all it really did was change the text of your version in your system settings. Works perfectly on Madden NFL 2006, which requires a 1.52 update. I now have the ability to play Madden and homebrew + emulation. Hope that helps.
