Our goodfriend to DCEmu UK, Ron who you may or not know is one of the main people behind the Spanish Dreamcast Scene and infact one of the main people in the Dreamcast Community overall.
Anyway i just found his own personal blog which has some good articles in it about the Dreamcast and the scene and even though its a crappy google translation its well worth a read.
