[PSP] Beats Off v0.1 - Adding custom loops to Beats' Jamming mode

After just over two weeks of work, I've created a simple app for creating custom Jam sessions for the PSN game Beats. The program allows a user to collect and organize loops for output to a file usable in Beats' Jamming mode. This has the potential to be a fun live performance tool for DJs.
