Do any of you know the cost of the Official PSP Dev kit?

You can't buy an official devkit. It is granted to you for a superb idea for a game and some other requirements. Basically, you will get one if your game is worth to be pressed on UMD which is, selling lots of copies.

there is an unnoficiall dev kit from something like ps2dev.com or something, not 100% sure,if you wanna make homebrew games.
and there's always lua player for more simple ones
