Its not something i can test myself so hence the reason for a newspost but for all those who own a Memor32 PS2 Mem Card that allows Homebrew and more on a PS2, i wonder if any of you can test to see if the Memor 32 or even FreeVast works on the PS3, Would be cool to have Homebrew and region free PS2 Gaming on the PS3.

I don't know if anyone has posted this yet...it's possible to run PS2 homebrew on PS3 by using Swap Magic Coder CD version. I have sucessfuly ran uLaunchelf and SMS media player on my PS3. Keep in mind that DVD version DOES NOT work, only the CD version does, feel free to try it yourselves.

Laterz.

You need a NTSC 60gb PS3 for that though right?

You need the PS2 emote engine in it?

I live in the United Kingdom and have a European 60GB PS3 (therefore a PAL console with no emotion chip).
