Would Hacking the Freeloader be Deemed Naughty ?

Browsing the sites for news as i do a heck of a lot i came across someone asking for the Freeloader release by Datel to be hacked, now with Freeloader being an unnoficial release for the Wii (ie not supported by Nintendo) is it deemed piracy/naughty to hack Freeloader, certainly one to ponder.

would anyone really care? all they have to say is something like "yea i analized there code, made my own sorce based on what they did" datel use the truncha exploit in the wii freeloader, or a version of it anyway

1.like hack it to make ur own to be usable in homebrew mode on the wii without actually having it to start with so you could play imports?

2.or hack it to boot homebrew?

3.or hack it to play pirated games?

but anyways, it's pretty good to have a freeloader, the homebrew one is very good and hopefully it will be better:)
