BG has released an adaptation of famed Johnny Chung Lee's Low-Cost Multi-point Interactive Whiteboards Using the Wiimote. Using two Wiimotes and an infrared pointer you can use this application to draw images with.

I just checked out the youtube video of the original application, and have to say this looks cool as hell. I'd love to see this applied to more projects, like a port of Crayon Physics or maybe even a DS emu for the Wii some day.
Now to look into assembling an IR LED pointer.

pretty cool
you can actually use the sensor bar as the pointer but u got to use one infrared for the wii mote the other for the pointer and you got to hold it kind of tilted but it works for all of you who dont have one

or you could use a tv remote and push buttons and point it at the wii mote pretty inafective tho
