in order to emulate any system which is architechturely different than the one you are using, one would have to use true virtualization, and reproduce all the actual operations.
the SH4 runs at 200mhz, which is already higher than both ds cpu's combined.
not including the GPU...
i dont see how this is even theoretically possible.
